Expect the Best

The culture at LMC consists of a professional, high energy, rewarding and fun environment.  We continuously recognize and reward our employees by honoring them at a holiday luncheon, summer picnic and quarterly meetings.  We also honor an Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year.

It’s the little things that make LMC such an attractive place to work.  Whether it’s having an indoor winter picnic, teambuilding by creating salsa, or tailgating for the Iowa vs. Iowa State football game, LMC knows what their most important asset is:  their employees.

LMC also is involved with many community activities.  We received the Red Feather Circle and Leaders in Giving awards for our participation and contributions to United Way of Central Iowa.  We have also raised money for the American Heart Association and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

The culture of a workplace can be the most rewarding component of a job.  We place a lot of importance into that component.
